Refund policy

Bleh Syndicate provides digital services, including website design, branding, audits, and consulting. By purchasing any service, you agree to the following terms.

1. Deposit & Payment Terms

• A 50% deposit is required to begin any project.

• The deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances.

• The remaining 50% is due prior to final delivery of the project files.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refund eligibility depends on the stage of work:

Before Work Begins

• The refundable portion is ONLY the second 50% payment (if it has been paid).

• The deposit remains non-refundable.

After Work Has Begun

• No refunds will be issued once any portion of work has started.

• “Work” includes communication, planning, strategy calls, research, design, development, or any labor performed.

3. Cancellations

Clients may cancel a project at any time, but refund eligibility follows Section 2.

4. Digital Deliverables

Due to the nature of digital services, once final files or drafts are delivered, no refunds or chargebacks are permitted.

5. Chargebacks

By purchasing services, you agree not to initiate a chargeback through your financial institution. Bleh Syndicate reserves the right to dispute and provide proof of services rendered.

6. Payments Accepted

Bleh Syndicate accepts payments through:
Stripe, PayPal, Shopify Payments, Cash App, Venmo, and Zelle.
Third-party processor terms may also apply.
