These Terms of Service govern your use of the Bleh Syndicate website and all services provided. By accessing the site or purchasing services, you agree to these terms.
1. Use of the Website
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase services. You agree not to misuse the website or engage in unlawful activity.
2. Service Agreements
Project scope, timeline, and deliverables will be outlined in writing before work begins. Any changes requested by the client may result in additional fees.
3. Payment Terms
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to initiate work. The remaining 50% is due prior to delivery of final files. Work will not begin until the deposit is received.
4. Refunds
Refunds are governed solely by our Refund Policy. By purchasing services, you acknowledge that:

5. Intellectual Property
Final deliverables become the client’s property after all payments are completed. Bleh Syndicate retains rights to display work in a portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

7. Limitation of Liability
Bleh Syndicate is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of services or the website.
8. Third-Party Tools
Payments and communications may involve third-party tools (e.g., Stripe, PayPal). Bleh Syndicate is not responsible for their performance or security.
9. Termination
Bleh Syndicate may terminate a project for breach of terms or abusive behavior. Refunds, if any, follow the Refund Policy.
